How to connect Zoom to your Figbox account?

Figbox lets you connect your Zoom account to your account so that we can easily create Zoom meetings for your interview sessions.

This way, we'll be able to automatically create Zoom meetings for your interview sessions and other interested Figbox users will be able to join your interview.

Connecting Zoom to your Figbox account

Go to your Dashboard and click on Your Interviews

You will be asked to sign in to your Zoom account. If you don't have a Zoom account, you can create one here.

Next, you will need to Authorize Figbox to access your Zoom account.

Now you've connected your Zoom account with Figbox and we'll Zoom generate meeting links for you!

Usage

When you update your availability on Figbox, and have Zoom connected, we'll automatically create a Zoom meeting for you, based on you schedule. You can find the Zoom meeting links in Your Sessions

How do I disconnect Zoom?

At any time, you can disconnect your Zoom account connected on Figbox. Simply click on the close button near your Zoom connection. All previously scheduled calls will stay on Zoom, while your future session's will not have a Zoom link.
